For heavier, business-wide usage, Team's 18M credits is the natural fit. All three plans support optional auto top-ups, with discounts of 20% on Starter and 30% on Team.

As you approach your monthly credit limit, we’ll send you a warning email and display a banner in your app. You can:

• Activate auto credit top-up (on Lite, Starter, and Team plans) — You choose a regular top-up amount and a maximum budget. The system will automatically purchase credits in your chosen increments until you reach your budget.
• Upgrade your plan – You’ll get a new quota of credits immediately.

Take no action — your work will pause until the next billing cycle begins.

With unlimited seats, you can invite your entire team without worrying about per-user costs. Your subscription credits renew each month. On paid plans, when your monthly reset occurs you will start with a fresh quota of credits. If you choose to leverage top up credits, those credits will last for a rolling 90 days. The system is set up to use the credits due to expire first before later expiring credits. We designed it this way to keep pricing simple and predictable - you know exactly what you're getting each month.

For Lite, Starter, and Team plans, we use Stripe to securely process all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your billing happens automatically each month with no hassle.

By default, there's no cap on your spending, but you can set a custom limit based on your budget. When you hit this limit, all agent activity pauses until you approve additional spending or wait for the next billing cycle.
